I just acquired a zoomed 12x12x12 terrarium and im trying to decide what I want to keep in it. I know it would be too small for a red eye or a whites but I was wondering if there were any types of tree frogs that could comfortably live in it?

A tank that size should probably be used as a temporary or quarantine cage. Even the smallest tree frog species I can think of would eventually need more space.
what about a pacific chorus frog? they stay pretty small, don't they?

Chorus frogs stay small, but they're active and even though they're not as arboreal as tree frogs, still like to climb a little bit. I don't think 12" is enough vertical space. While you could certainly keep one or two alive in there, I wouldn't want to subject the animal(s) to that kind of condition, any more than I'd keep a human locked in a dorm room.
Yeah I had a feeling it wouldn't be but figured it was worth askin
