Gannon & Guy passed

gannon and guy my 2 ACF died a couple days past gannon bloated so i bathed and quarinted him and by the time i got home he was dead not 4 hours later guy started swimming at the top of the tank and died no bloat

this is gannon the morning i found him he was all bloated up and had a red spot on his left front foot

By the look of that frog, I assume you did not have it long(still see the dye). How old was your setup? Dyed frogs are usually a lot less healthy than frogs that have not been tampered with. That could have been the start of your problems.
