My pixie bit me good, caught me completely off guard I was dropping in crickets and he leaped for the cricket tube and latched on two my middle finger inflicting two bites and removing a chunk of skin. I've washed it out and put some proxcide on it but it will not stop bleeding and it's been over 1/2 hour. Anyone else ever get bit![]()
yeah, not fun
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Awww, It was a love bite!I have never been bitten by a frog, but when I was grooming dogs I got bit plenty of times! Your bite doesn't look bad, but it shouldn't still be bleeding...I bet it hurt like hell though! They look like they can bite pretty hard!
Edit: Ok now I see the chunk missing, that looks bad. Sorry my eyes are not so good. Ouch!
Hmmm... I think i'll stick w/ tree frogs and darts !![]()

I think so too. I see tears welling up in his eyes! He's got his head down too.You should give him a big hug and a kiss so he knows you still love him

My baby is only two months old, and is already hunting my fingers...I was thinking about making a new thread about it. I think I just might.
Welcome to the wonderful world of pyxies! They have sharp teeth and powerful jaws.
