Lynn, I tried this and I think I have excellent news.
I've gotten this sealant on my hands before so I know what it feels like against the skin when trying to get it off with water and there's only a thin layer left, like there's a little bit of traction.
Well, I think that maybe since the frog was already kind of wet and coated in substrate, that the silicone didn't stick to him/her. I didn't feel any traction when holding onto him/her where the sealant would have gotten. When first trying to wash the stuff off, I had never felt under the front feet of the pixie before (handle him VERY little), and I felt that traction and I thought his/her foot had gotten it on the bottom.
Going back that second time to try your suggestion, I noticed that all of his/her feet have that. And no where else feels like it would if there were sealant. Still taking precautions with wiping and soaks though. Also the wet sealant in the tank where s/he landed is smooth, no marks where it looks like it stuck to something.
Please let me know what ya'll think.

She/he'll be fine. No need to compound the situation by panicking. Just monitor closely.
