Welcome to the forum Sarrix! simple answer is no, if you are using plexi as a divider, there is absolutely no way to hide the seam and expect it to be watertight. the only way is to paint the side of the glass. unless of course, you were to run the plexi across the width and divide the tank land in the back, water in the front. or maybe run the land from the side to the back in a triangle. the the seam would be on the side and a bit less noticeable. remember, nobody ever said you need to make it side to side
