No mealworms. Offer her crickets. She may eat live bloodworms if they were to move alot, but probably not. Pillbugs might also be eaten by her.

You definitely want a land section for them to climb out of the water, but she will spend most of her time in the water. Be sure to do regular water changes to prevent bacteria growth and ammonia buildup in the water.

Rocks are ok as long as its not Limestone. Limestone will make the water acidic and may kill the frog. Fish would have to be very small and will dirty the water. Plus Thiaminase a chemical found in most fish causes a Vitamin B1 deficiency if fed to the frog too often.

You will also have to make sure the rocks are secure and cannot move. This way they don't crush your frog. Read the care sheet I posted for you. It will help and has alot of great info. Plus it has a good example of a setup for this species.

My toads are in a fully aquatic environment. I have a 40 gallon long aquarium for 5 toads. The aquarium has about 3 or 4 inches of water. They have rocks and logs to sit on when they need to come out of the water. They spend 75% of their time in the water. I feed them dubia roaches and feed them on the rocks. There are two large flat rocks that stick about an inch out of the water. I just dump the roaches on the rocks and they don't go anywhere. It works well.

I have found that the best way to set up FBs in an aquatic setup is to use a bare bottom tank with a cat litter pan or Tupperware container or anything else really that is about 1/4 inch higher than the water level you want. Fill the dish with aquarium gravel to about an inch below the rim and fill the rest with a ground cover. I use long fiber moss but I know a lot of people frown on it. I've been using it for years with no problems however and in this situation it works much better than peat moss or coco fiber which gets carried into the water. I use a small submersible filter (duettos or the exo terra internal filters are the best IMO if the water flow is enough) and I throw in a ton of plastic plants. You can use live aquatic plants as well if your lighting is sufficient. I'm sure you could make some spectacular setups but I have never taken that extra step. If you have enough plants breaking the water surface the crickets should have plenty of places to haul out of the water. Unless you are throwing in too many crickets the vast majority of them will be hunted down and eaten before they will drown. For mealworms (fed sparingly) you can hand feed or use a feeding dish.

The problem with rock piles is they provide way too many places for detritus to gather where the current can't flush it out so it can be picked up by the filter. in my setups you have an island so the current flows around it and keeps the dirt picked up pretty well. If you don't like the looks of a plastic dish you can coat it with aquarium silicone and spread gravel or whatever over it to hide it. I don't think I'd ever set up a FB tanks any other way ever again.
