Welcome to Frog Forum.

This is normal behavior. It could be 2 males wrestling a bit. Simply make sure they have plenty of wide leaves to sleep on during the day, positioned in their enclosure as high as possible. I would not worry about them. I have 4 males in my enclosre- they all get along just fine!

Amplexus , is quite obvious. They hold on and do not let go!
Here is a you tube video of red eyed amplexus. The male happens to be shedding as well.
There is typically a substantial size difference in males and females. The female being the larger of the species.
