I bought a couple of golden gliding tree frogs, one of them seems to be ill. He's got cloudy eyes and is slightly off balance. I've seperated him from the others, he's still feeding.
I've looked every where online but nothing I've read covers these symptoms.
Can anyone give me an idea the best course of action?
Well I had a frog that when put on a vine it tried to climb but was very clumbsy and fell down. He was very sick and died. The clowdy eyes- Well I don't know if you know but when they sleep it looks as though they are still awake. A membrane folds over their eyes while they sleep which looks very clowdy. I don't know if this helped.
Most likely he has a bacterial infection in the eyes, so it should see a vet. The fact that it is still eating is a good sign, but don't wait too long to get him treated.
Thanks guys, gonna get him checked over by the Vet.
He looks similar to the picture but with brownish markings on his head/back and brown bands on his legs.
