Sick frog or Just Shedding??

This is an african dwarf frog, under my aquarium light it looks a lot whiter than this but under regular light it looks like he is just shedding his skin.
I did notice a big chunk of skin floating around the tank a couple of days ago, I just would like to know if my frog looks sick, thank you

Hello and welcome to FF ! Can't see digits on right hand but that's probably from picture. Do you have pics of frog inside it's tank?

Other than the shed skin in tank; is there anything that would make you think frog is sick? Most health issues show up initially as irregular behavior (loss of appetite, etc.).
