short answer - no you can't
most parasitic worms have specific hosts, human parasites won't be found in frogs and vise versa, there are a few exceptions to this, but not in relation to frogs or any other cold blooded animals.
no matter if frog has worms or not, you have to keep washing your hands before ( tap water and dechlorinated water) and after handling - you wash you hands again. it is the best to handle frog only when needed with non powdered disposable gloves, but that has nothing to do with worms
