Help! Frog has worms

hoppity, my post was directed to Froggir13, sorry for misunderstanding
probiotics are not vitamins or meds, they consist of few strains of live Lactobacillus microorganisms with added sometimes Bifidobacteria, they are used to help regulate normal HUMAN digestive system microflora. There certain strains of probiotics that are used or dog and cats, but the product is different from human one

You can tell I'm not into homeopathic remedies or supplements that promise big results. I gave lactobacillus to a hamster years ago and I can't say it helped. But, Panacur was mentioned...I guess people are soaking their frogs in it. I'd try warm water for a soak. It would be difficult to give a frog oral medication, but, if necessary an eye dropper might help with that. Getting back to lactobacillus, ...the pet store sells it in small tubes for rodents.
