Can't tell anything from the photos. You need to take much closer shots of the frog. As for monitoring its "poop", good luck with that - that is more trouble than it's worth, especially when you are trying to find a brown frog poop on (or in) brown substrate. Your substrate looks pretty moist - that's likely why the frog is not in the water bowl a lot, so don't worry about that. Finally, pacman frogs aren't great "pet" species - they hardly ever move except when feeding, and they seem to remain somewhat jumpy all of their lives. I don't recommend them as a pet frog, more of a special interest group. This is unfortunate because pet shops around the world sell them like crazy.
