The Best Feeder Food

What do you guys think is the best food for feeder insects? Thank you for your replies!

What kind of feeder insects?
I raise silkworms to feed my praying mantis.

Crickets. Using cricket crack and dino fuel.

Unless you actually plan on breeding crickets (which I don't really recommend) I don't think it really matters too much what you feed them. I just get what I need for a week from the pet store and give them water cubes (cricket quencher) and some fluckers cricket feed.

Now if you want to breed feeders, I recommend cockroaches. They are very hardy and easy to breed and more nutritious than crickets. Oh, and they don't smell terrible like crickets do. I'm in the process of starting a small colony of dubias but I only have 3 adult females so it's going to be a while before I can use the colony as a primary food source. But definitely worth looking into if you're looking for something to save you money long term
