I dust with calcium/vita D 3 every other night and herptivite every Sunday.

I too remove unbeaten crickets the next morning and feed every night.

The glass bowl trick is my favorite way. This way you can monitor how many have been eaten. It also keeps crickets in the bowl and not running around the tank where they can bite your frogs, nibble at your plants, or deposit eggs in your substrate.

Monitor how often your frogs poop and the color and consistency. They should be soft, moist, brown. Diarrhea is a bad sign and often means the frog has a parasite, worms, infection, etc.

The temps Lynn posted should be followed. Having proper temperatures keeps their metabolism regulated, and thereby aides in digestion and triggers hunger.

Hope this helps .

Thank you! How often should I use the calcium without d3?
