Each of the hard bumbs that texture the skin are very tough. It is even difficult to give them an injection with a Hypodermic Needle. In this case is is the same difficulty for the spider as it would be to give them a shot.

This video nontheless sickens me and i immediately flagged it after watching it. There would be no reason to do such a hateful act upon these creatures especially not for one's amusement.
You know I was going to say that it doesn't look like the spider was even penetrating the frog, but I couldn't be sure. The first time it bites it, it does look like it left a little mark so I couldn't tell. I don't know what would possess someone to do this.. other than trying to be cool.
