That's just messed up, got a big thumbs down from me. I'm sure these frogs come across big invertebrates like this in the wild and perhaps they do have a tolerance to them, but I have no idea. Maybe that spiders venom isn't very strong either.

Tarantula venom is very weak compared to many spiders. I don't consider any animal being bit by a tarantula "normal" tho.
That was meant as not being normal for a small animal to resist the venom, but they eat venomous insects and spiders in the wild with no ill effects accept venomous toads, frogs, and newts which can kill them if eaten.
EDIT; Of course most Tarantula venom is weak, but it is effective against smaller animals such as frogs.
To be honest I never even watched the video so what I'm saying probably doesn't make sense.
