African dwarf frog problem

I have three African dwarf frogs and a few weeks ago one of them got really fat( at least that's all I hope it is). N
Don't know anything about them or this thing called dropsy but was wondering if it is dropsy why not the other frogs. And how do I figure it out if its either on of these and what should I do. Completely lost here. Any help would be great. Thanks.

My ADF had the same problem. And it was only 1 out of the 5 that got it. He passed away after 2 days, and the others seem perfectly fine still. Did you happen to find out what it was or if it effects the other frogs??

Never did figure it out for sure my best guess was dropsy. He died a few days after I posted this. And the other two frogs are still doing just fine
