    Yes spot cleaning is good but doesnt help everything. I believe its the ammonia in a frogs urine that builds in the tank causing also sorts of problems. Never go over a month.

    That's exactly right and if you notice how much water a Pacman can hold and release when they uriate you'll see first hand why it must be changed no less than once month. I swear my largest female can hold half a cup of water.
