Does anyone know if there is any kind of frog that can go with my European green tree frog as I'm struggling to find any more?
Thanks
pete
The resounding answer you will receive from the Forum is no. Unfortunately, mixing species can lead to unintended consequences like stress, infection and death. It is best to keep species separate and if you do find another European green treefrog you should quarantine it for a time to insure that no pathogens are passed from the new captive to your existing one.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful but mixing species is wholly frowned upon.
Best of Luck,
Alex

I am so so sorry pedrosis for taking away from your thread but i have my white lipped treefrog Litoria infrafrenata and my whites american treefrog Litoria caerulea together in the one enclosure. Is this really bad?
They are both captive bred and where in the same tank in the non corporate chain reptile shop i got them from and i would really trust him, he helped me out alot and they have got on so far.
They are, after all, totally two different species. I wouldn't keep them together.
Thanks for help, Ive ordered a new tank. Honestly thought they would be ok, like the community marine tank i have, obviously wrong then. You learn something new everyday. lol.

Community aquariums can work out because fish have a tendency NOT to poison each other.
Feel a bit silly now kurt. Getting it sorted now though. Thanks my dear.
You're welcome.
