I have found with most fish tanks at least, (first time with frogs), it is much easier to prevent pests and parasites than it is to take care of them once you have them. I am planning a group dart enclosure with live plants and a waterfall. Probably D. Leucomelas or Auratus. I am imagining later full sanitation to be nearly impossible without an entire rebuild. This is a 75g in-wall setup, so thats gonna be a horrible job.

Should I fecal test each frog before adding to the viv? Do you quarantine or clean plants? How?
Do you sanitize everything you put in there first? Substrate, rocks, wood, gravel, etc?
