I believe cat saliva is host to a few types of bacteria, so that might be a problem for a frog but I have no idea how severe it could be or if it's even a problem. Probably a bigger issue is that cat saliva is often delivered along with cat fang shaped puncture wounds, which few frogs are likely to enjoy.
