    Default My "new" 65 gallon

Just wanted to share a few pics of the 65 gallon. Got it a few weeks ago. It was 100% free. I transfered my sponge filters, 6 frogs , and huge clump of elodia over.

Awesome! I'm surprised that little albino hasn't become food for those huge frogs you have there.

The frogs love those pipes too. I have some smaller ones also that I used when these guys were smaller and when I had ADFs.

How effective are sponge filters vs HOB and canisters, Tony?

That is Carl the reticulated albino male. If he wasn't I probably would have moved him along. I got tired of waiting for him to growout and combined all of my frogs several months ago. He is fearless though and there has been no near misses. He is quite the gentleman when hand feeding also.

I wonder why some frogs just don't 'grow' I have a frog that I'm also hoping would catch up already (it's younger and all my frogs are under 1 year old..)! Heck even my male albino seems to be growing faster than what I believe is a wild type female (my albino male has nuptial pads but he's not frisky.. the other frog is roughly the same age but no pads so I assume it's a female???).
