Hmm I started feeding him until he is full. He eats way more than I ever would have imagined! I might go bankrupt at this rate.

Hop can you put some pictures of yours up.

Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!

Yeah I hope I can put up pics, too. My frogs also eat alot and I'm going to the pet store every week buying insects. I'm due soon to buy a new crop of crickets. The frogs might eat from boredom or not knowing when their next meal is?

I believe only humans eat out of boredom  animals eat only when they need to

Could be, I used to eat as a hobby but anymore I have been too busy and have skipped meals. Now my weight is way down and pants are loose. But, I look at my frogs and think they are bored. If there are catnip toys for cats, and rawhide or kong bones for dogs, has anyone thought of cricket scented toys for frogs? LOL Even birds have toys. I gave my hamster toys but hamsters are like programmed to use a wheel because of their confinement. What I could do is find a small color protrait of a cricket and put it up to the glass and see if frogs notice...
