Hello,
I'm not quite sure what your question (s)are. ?greenback? Do you mean Asian Greenback Frog (Rana erythraea) ?
Please indicate the species of frog so members can help/properly. We don't want to assume it is a Rana erythraea. Is it captive bred or wild caught?

Frogs can change color to blend with their environment as well as for many other reasons.
There are many, many reasons a frog stops eating. Stress ? Is the frogs enclosure se-up properly?
I see from your photo that the enclosure is quite bare? Have you made any changes to their tank since this photo?
If you have an Asian Greenback Frog (Rana erythraea)they need live plants and other things to climb such as wood and rocks with 1/3 to 1/2 of their tank should be filtering ,moving water. If this is not provided they will become stressed. I'm surprised to hear the frog is climbing the glass? It will climb plants, cords, wood ect to try to escape; so their tank needs to be escape-proof.

What are the day and night temperatures in the enclosure ?
What else are you feeding them?
Do use dust the feeder with calcium and vitamins?
Have you been handling the frog?
Is the frog in an enclosure with any other species?
