ADF climbing completely out of the water??

I just got my first African Dwarf Frog. I spoke with the a member of the pet store team at length about care and feeding. I have had him for about three days. for the last day or so he has spent a significant amount of time climbing completely out of the water and and sticking to the side of his tank. From what I have read in posts in the forums here and have herd from other owners these guys are fully aquatic. Should I be worried?

I'd test your water, just to be on the safe side. sometimes they'll try and escape if there's something wrong with the levels of ammonia. check water temp too.

I lost 3 recently who all started climbing out of the water prior to dying, but that doesn't neccessarily mean urs is ill though.
maybe he just likes it there? I've never seen them cling to the glass out of water. I didn't know they could do that.

hopefully its just a quirk of your frog and isn't a sign of anything bad.

I assume you cycled the tank first?

Check your water conditions. If it is out of tolerance, then your frog is telling you something. If the water is OK, ADFs have been known to take excursions out of the water. Make sure you have a secure, yet well ventilated lid.
