As of late I have never dusted my crickets with calcium, and likely never will. I feed my frogs variety. I alternate bi-weekly with fish and mice, weekly with hornworms, and my frogs staple is nightcrawlers. Crickets are as rare for me to feed as mice for others. On average, maybe once every 3 weeks. I believe this works well, and all my frogs have had amazing growth rates and no health issues. I guess my question is that since I still have an entire shaker of calcium powder left, is it safe to use it or should I just chuck it? Keep in mind fish and mice are very high in calcium (I think) and my frogs would eat a couple mice and a few fish every month.

And by mice I mean pinkie and fuzzy mice. Only my Rococo eats hoppers and rare adults because she is an 8 inch godzilla.
