Its not really possible. These frogs are prone to Toxing Out Syndrome which is a disease caused by toxins building up in the frogs system causing them to become sick and many die from it. Live plants, isopods , and bacteria cannot work fast enough to break down the waste produced by these frogs and usually large amounts of ammonia build up in the soil making the frog sick.

A basic setup is best for a healthy Pacman.
