Pacman frog is not eating

my pacman frog is moving around and digging herself in but it has not ate for about 3 weeks already. can someone tell me what is wrong with her?

Very hard to attempt to answer that question without real information. How are you keeping the frog, how humid is it, how warm during the day and how warm during the night, what are you feeding, etc, etc?

And also, has it tried to eat a cricket, and spat it up recently, by any chance? That may indicate and obstruction on its trachea or stomach.
