What gives :( my embryos always die?

Frog eggs need soft water. This means that the mineral level of the water should be low. It is possible that the water is too hard( too much mineral content) and this is what killed the embryos. I can't be sure because I'm not there to see.

Tadpoles do sometimes eat other eggs and tadpoles if not Fed enough.

i used the same water i did on my previous batch and also the tadpole are living in my pond where frog eggs were laid and also the water is clean

Maybe their were complications with the embryos hatching. This happens sometimes.

Has the temperature of the water changed drastically?

Are you sure they were dead? I know some tadpole species have a tendency to sit still for a day or two. Just throwin' that out there, I really don't know anything about these frogs or why your tadpoles could be dying, other than what Grif has already stated.

Yup it's dead it's whitish in color and i can see the eyes even now they're dying but today changing water to a cleaner one(cycled also)
