We dont have enough information to diagnose or provide a prognosis. You can easily embed a video recorded on your phone by uploading it to youtube or photobucket. At the very least, answering the sticky thread "troubles in the enclosure" and posting them here will paint a better picture.

Graham is right. We need visual evidence so we can see how the frog's mobility is affected and if you can get us some good photos of your frog sitting on a flat surface. This way we can observe its posture to see what may be wrong.

Is their a wound on the frog's shoulder? Or anywhere on that arm?

Unless you see an actual injury or know of something that could have hurt your frog, I'd say this looks more like a metabolic disorder or calcium deficiency. I don't think an injured frog would be unable to walk on a leg, but still move it to eat. What have you been feeding it?
Answer the questions in the 'Trouble in the Enclosure' sticky. There is not enough information to tell what is wrong if you don't.
