Hmm... i've read that pacmanfrogs are drinking or going into the water mostly in the night, is that true? because i got my frog monday, and i haven't seen him/her in the water yet. Is that normal?

As long as the humidity is high enough and substrate moisture is good they won't use the water dish often. Some of mine almost never use the water dish, but I always give them one incase they want to bathe.
