Default Hi, New from Long Island, New York

Hi, my name is Mike. I am new to the site and have learned so much from you all already. I am 38 years old and live on on Long Island, New York. I am married with two wonderful daughters. My hobbies are my Salt water reef tank, metal detecting and the frogs (Nacho, Bella and Mike) Yes, my daughters names one of the frogs after me I wish I could say its because they think he will turn into a prince but I dont think so LOL. We purchased our first tree frogs when I took my daughter a local reptile store and then thats all she talked about. We now have two whites tree frogs in an exo terra 18-18-24 tall and an albino pac-man frog is a 10 gallon tank. I am currently working on a setup for some dart frogs in an exo terra 18-18-24 long. I have been working on making the rock work and waterfall with styrofoam, great stuff gap and crack, grout and latex paint. I hopefully will be sealing it today I will be sure to keep you posted.

Hi, Thank you all very much for your kind words and warm welcome.
Yes, the storm was a little rough but we are very blessed. It could have be much worse for my family and I. I own a landscaping company. After the wind calmed down I called in my guys and we went out trying to help people clear there driveways and walkways from falling trees and such. Like I said, after seeing what other people are going through, we are very blessed. Now with the gas shortage, there really isnt much more I can do. Trying to find gas is almost impossible. I feel that if I should pull to a gas station in with my trucks and trailers the people waiting waiting for gas wouldnt have it. I am down to my personal trucks and thats about it.
