Perfectly normal behavior. Many frogs are sit-and-wait predators and will remain in the same spot for long periods of time waiting for food to come by. My frogs will bury themselves with their head sticking out of the ground waiting for me to feed them. So when you fed them, they will probably go to that place whenever they are hungry. Just spend some time observing their behavior, that way you will know your frogs better.
