Oh she is Beautiful!!! I had a Red Iggy that was a male that got 4 feet, and then I went on a trip and he was left outside in(friend forgot to put up) his cage, and he got out in a bad storm..:,( and I had a female iggy that was green I adopted, and she was amazing!! But died the next year because she refused to eat anything.. I haven't had the best of luck with Iggys.. But I love yours!! She is very pretty!! How old is she?!

Thats sad sorry to hear it. But you can always give it another shot and shes 2yr's a littler small for her size do to improper care when i first got her. But shes doing much better now

I love Green Iggys. I am hoping to be an animal educator, and the Iguana was gonna be my star. I think they are so beautiful.. like puppys!! They may not be soft and furry, but they certainly have personality and a love for fresh greens!! My Red, absolutely loved strawberrys!! My brother was eating one, one time, and He took off of his post and stole it from him!! It was so funny!! and I had this HUGE outside inclosure for him.. and an indoor one(My room he liked to sleep on the bed lol) I would love to get another one! maybe one day I will be able too!! I have so many other animals that I don't have trouble with.. It's only Iggys.. yeah iguanas are great they just need much more space and time. Mine doesn't like fruits all that much only bananas and watermelon no clue why she just likes bright green food. And thanks for the compliment ill be sure to pass it on to her and in return ill get a smack in the face by her tail
