I have to agree with what's been said so far. Its head is wrong for anything native to Canada. It does look like a Big-Eye.

The back legs are too long and it lacks parotid glands, this rules out toads. It also has big toepads that ranids don't have but are characteristic of treefrogs.

It almost looks like a new species of Grey Tree Frog. The color combination with the darker patterning looks like a Grey I found here. Maybe its a hybrid?

The shape of the head, especially the eyes, are wrong for a Grey treefrog and it lacks the characteristic green patch below the eyes. As far as I know we have nothing in Canada that can or will hybridize with a Grey (aside from an Eastern with a Cope's, but they still have the same appearance).
