Hi everyone
I have had 3 adf frogs for over a year now, (2 female, 1 male). They shared a tank with a male and female betta in that time. A little over a month ago my male betta died and 2 days later the frogs went crazy mating!!
Long story short, I separated 8 eggs from being eating from my female betta like the others and they are now almost 5 weeks old, all but one has survived.
The tadpole have arms and legs now but still have tails. I have been feeding them live bbs all along and am now wondering if I should introduce some different live food? Which kinds? Where do I find them? They do not have any interest in pellets/non-live foods.
Im also wondering if it is ever necessary to separate a male adf from the females? Mine sings every night-all night and grabs the females every night. I now also have 4 day old tadpoles but aside from that one night my females want nothing to with him. I am concerned he is stressing them since almost every night he grabs them and they seem to play dead.
