That in inches or centimeters? If it's in inches pretty much anything could live in there. If that's in cm it will limit your options quite a bit.
I'm just going to assume that's in cm, which makes it a 10 gallon tank. This means you could really only fit 1 red eye tree frog in there. Perhaps 1 or 2 grey treefrogs, but 2 is pushing it. A whites tree frog would be a bit too large for a 10 gallon as an adult, same with other larger tree frogs like amazon milk frogs, waxy tree frogs, etc. A couple of dart frogs would probably be a good option. Other small species like spring peepers or chorus frogs would also be appropriate for a 10 gallon.
yes cm, I had dart frogs in mind especially Azureus darts or some type of climbing frog
I'd recommend mantellas. They do well in groups in smaller vivariums.
