As far as I know, frogs and toads eat live food, their nature. Tadpoles I had ate fish flakes. Offering them food you mentioned is a start, I'm not a vet but, if I had baby frogs I'd start them on a soft diet like worms. I'm glad you have lids, do you know if you will get a larger aquarium?
