My frog is sick!

Thanks everyone. I have moved him to a separate terrarium. The other two frogs appear to be fine, but i Have scrubbed out their tank as well.
I am taking him to a vet that sees exotics today, from talking with the reptile specialist at my local pet store he seems to think that is most likely a fungal infection.
I gave him some crickets this morning, and he ate so I'm hoping that's a good sign....
