Lightbulb Foam for my next FBT Tank Setup

Hey I was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I want to use the black foam stuff to build a little more of an environment for my FBT 10gal tank. Does anyone have any suggestions about what brand i should look for or just any information about the foam would help. It'll be the first time I'm using it. Thx

I use 'Great Stuff' expandable foam. The regular kind is an ugly off-white/yellow color but they have a black pond and stone foam. It is three times as much $ as the regular one and I have never been able to find any except online. The regular would probably be best since you will probably want to put silicone over it and while the silicone is still wet, press some coco fiber or moss on it to cover it and make it look more natural. I hope this was helpful

if you absolutely HAVE to have the black pond foam, hidden reef on new falls rd in levittown carries it. $16 or so for a 16oz. can vs. $3 @ walmart for the original.

How would i go about cleaning the tank the following time? Right now im used to emptying the entire tank + running everything under hot as hell water. Would i have to re-foam the tank?

nope. just would have to do your regular water changes and clean up any poo for the most part.
