Lol true. But any mouse that is purchased by me I feel is getting the best deal of all the possible fates out there. If I were the mouse, id rather be eaten up in a single gulp by my Pacman or Rococo then slowly suffocated by a snake or voilently eviscerated by a Tarantula or Centipede.

Althouh I suppose bathing in stomach acid isnt the best deal on the planet either...

Lol as ive said, you are one sick human being. I know that feeding larger frogs + toads mice is normal but I would be afraid of the rat hurting my frog from the inside, like scratching or biting, has that ever happened? Has your rococo just started spitting blood at one point? On another note I think id rather be suffocated by a snake...maybe. Although they bite first i think + then coil their prey...yea i think im cool just being a human and avoiding all of that.

Haha yes. We have it pretty good compared to feeder mice to say the least. And so far no, it hasnt been an issue for my Rococo. The mouse in the video is as large as ive ever fed her, and as you said its still only about a quarter her size. These toads, along with Pacmans and Pixies I feel are pretty safe with anything that goes down in one gulp. She is probably capable of eating a small mammal twice that size, tho I would never try it. My main concern is that fat content and risk of impaction. But you can see how filthy that water bowl is in the video, and I change is every day! Very regular bowelled Toad. No sign of impaction.

Thats amazing how resilient they are, I guess evolution prepared them for the worst. Although ur rococo seems one of a kind, like it might take my fingers down to my knuckles, hey nothing like a good game of chicken

The thing I feel worst for about mice is that they always look so hopeful when you drop them in the tank for their demise. "Oh joy a new home! Hey, what's your name?" *GULP* ..Every time. I love all animals and I know these are raised and bred to be fed to an animal, I'd just feel terrible regardless, haha. If I went to the store to buy mice for my frogs, I'd befriend them on my way home and have a hard time sending them on their mission. I'm going to have to here in a little while though. I have a couple frogs I'm trying to fatten up a bit and I'm either going to have to buy some frozen or living mice. I'd hate to buy a bag of frozen and then not have them eat it.

Anyways, cool video Maharg. You should post them on youtube. This and your pacman feeding video are good ones, better quality than most you see on youtube.
