Yes she is. Its sad that so many of these animals die after importation because most of the people who buy them don't realize what they need to do inorder to make these frogs healthy, but even after treatment there is no guarantee. C. cornuta are fragile at best and I see any C. cornuta as an expert level frog. Not easy to keep and every C. cornuta in my opinion is a special needs frog.
