hey Mitch. I have never dealt with D. auratus but I am assuming they are some sort of dendrobate. (i am into enormous frogs) I have shared a humidity experience with exo terra because there is a black plastic strip along the bottom of the doors that is use for ventilation. I sealed that up and the humidity was raised quickly. I do have concerns though... Frogs need ventilation so to keep everything sealed can cause bacteria problems. to keep the humidity up would require some sort of frog fogger, waterfall, or automatic mister. I have had success with foggers keeping the humidity constant. If you need more assistance you should try looking on dendroboard.com to see what they have come up with.
