Id say they need to test these employees monthly with various pet-care questions or something to that affect. To even acquire the position they should have some basic care knowledge or own some of the pets themselves before they get a job where its a requirement to inform customers on takin care of a living thing. Or we could get together and decide amongst ourselves whos going to buy the pitchforks and whos going to buy the gasoline. Either way, its the end result that counts
