It's sad that I see this and think 'they deserve a medal'...
Maybe it's a trend. I saw an adult male cranwelli ('ornata') in my usual Petco and, despite being labelled incorrectly he seemed healthy and only had a tiny bit of moss in his enclosure. Then the lady working there actually QUIZZED me on all the correct things before she'd sell me my new goldfish.
Upon further inspection, yes, Cranwells. He still seems gunshy about me and will not eat, so I gave up on using crickets and put about 10 small dubia in a small slick tin and the next day they were gone.
