Whites tree frogs- upgrading the tank

Hi, I'm a new member and was just wondering what kind of live plants everyone uses in there tank, I am upgrading to a 60x45x90cm exo terra tank. Also, what kind of size should my frogs be before I put them into a bigger tank? And how often does everyone feed there frogs and how much, I keep hearing different things and I am worrying that I am doing it wrong?

Also, does anyone know of any wood I could use, my piece went mouldy last time??. Thanks.
