Ok simple enough. Emperor scorpions are harmless, I have been stung several times with absolutely no ill effects. They are West African, so they should be kept like a forest type rather than a desert/savanna type. That mean some humidity, probably around 70%. To tell you the truth, I have never been all that successful with this species. The longest I have kept one was about a year and a half. I did have a Hadogenes troglodytes for eight years though. I have had my Heterometrus spinifer and Pandinus cf. militaris for about three years now.
