the importer told it import from USA...

maybe some USA Farm have breeding them....

If it came from the usa I have a good idea who produced it. But its not from a peppermint breeding. I bought from the breeder and kept many of the albinos from the blue x albino breeding.
When you breed a blue with an albino you get some really light green frogs that looks very close to the peppermint.
