Hmm, Not sure why its like that. He might have a vitamin deficiency that needs to be corrected.

Hopefully it's just a vitamin problem that you can fix.
Are the pupils like that all the time, or only sometimes? Even in animals with visual impairments you shouldn't have one eye completely dilated and one completely constricted like that. Mine does something similar; when she's scared or excited her pupils will blow up regardless of the light around, and she will react if you move her but just barely. Keep an eye on him for any strange movements that might indicate something neurological is getting worse... Otherwise I'd say don't worry about it.

One pupil open and the other one closed is called "Anisocorie" in french (I don't know the word in english).
This is related to a neurological problem for humans.
For reptile and amphibians they have this propertie which is not pathological (Completely normal), except if it is all the time.
This should occur when one eye is shine by the light (The right eye of your frog on the picture) and the other one has no light on it (Left eye on the picture).

That's why I asked if there was light shining in on one side and the OP said no. I assume it could be neurological, but we aren't experts nor are we Vets. Just a guess.

Unless its like that all of the time its probably just sleeping. How you could attribute that to a nutritional malady is beyond my understanding.

Neurological issues usually manifest through vitamin deficiencies.
