How many of the mutants are from your own clutches? Is there always a chance of getting mutants when breeding any two frogs together?

Two of the 6 are. You have to breed two blues together that carry the mutant gene. That doesn't mean that you will be guarenteed mutants however. Breeding a mutant x blue or mutant x mutant will give you a better chance of producing a mutant.

Where did you get the phantom from? Samurai? I saw one on Fauna months ago.
